Doc is a true ranch gelding that has worked for a living. He has been used to gather, pen, sort, drag calves, doctor cattle and whatever else needed to be done horseback on the ranch. He is a gate getter deluxe. Kids have ridden him in playdays and have done well on him. He is broke, broke and very gentle. He has a great handle, rides quiet and collected, drags his butt when stopping (BIG stopper!) and rides easily off your legs. Doc is a very easy horse to ride. He is always soft in the face and low headed. He rides like a working cow horse or reined cow horse. Anybody can ride him. He never balks at anything you ask him to do. Rides bareback. Bathes, clips, shoes and hauls like a dream. Doc has a great personality and disposition. Excellent ground manners. Kids can ride this horse or you can use him to do a day's work.
